My Mission
I am a dedicated Personal Rewilding Coach and Meditation Leader, assisting others in their journey to acknowledge, accept, and honor their innate relationship to Nature through very specific meditative and reflective practices for the welfare of their mental and physical health.
Why? Because I believe in a world where our species proves its value to the universe through stewardship, caring for and protecting the world to which we owe our lives. I want the generations to follow to live in a world that isn't diseased and decaying, but rich in diversity and abundance. Through personal rewilding, I believe this is possible.
A Little About Me...
I am an award-winning creative, splitting my time between Southern California and Southwestern Pennsylvania. Over the last 25 years, my career has been focused on the entertainment industry, working as an Emmy-nominated makeup artist, producer, writer, and indie filmmaker.
Additionally, I have earned certifications as a sound therapist, meditation leader, and Personal Rewilding coach, as well as entering into studies in Celtic Shamanism, Spirit Animals, Chakra Alignment, and Divination. I lead private and group meditation classes, and guided nature immersion exercises.
Throughout my career, I have always strived to utilize my skills and talents to help others, to work in the service of other people's stories and journeys.

Assist in developing programs and opportunities to strengthen and support the local creative community in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
UHS NATURE CLUB
Founded and sponsor the Uniontown Area High School Nature Club for students in grades 9-12 to learn more about the natural world, experience connecting with Nature, and learn to become careful stewards of their local environments.
WELS Adventure Program
Mentor students in grades 7 & 8, learning employment and leadership skills through outdoor recreation and positive integration. Sponsor guest instructors and creative supplies.
International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance
